Do you ship internationally?
Sure, we do! We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. For However, we only offer shipping with tracking information for countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, so that the delivery status is available. That's because the delivery to these regions may take longer than the estimated delivery time, and it's easier when you can track the delivery status of your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.
After order is processed, The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days within the United States after order is processed. International Orders may take up to 7 business days within Europe, and 8-14 working days outside of Europe.
Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control, especially in cases caused by weather conditions or customs delay.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with the tracking information once we ship your order. If you have a question about your tracking information or delivery status, Contact Us and we'll look it up for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, and Google Pay
Where is Clothing Shop Online based?
Our office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. This is where all items are shipped from.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your package has not already shipped, yes you can cancel or change your order if contacted in time via email at orders@lsimone.com. Cancelled orders will receive a refund.
For all custom orders you cannot change if work has already begum. If special fabric has been ordered and you want to cancel you will be charged accordingly.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes we do offer exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange please contact us via email. Simply return the unused goods back to us. Once item is received, examine and approved we will ship out the new item.
How do I return my order?
Returns are NOT accepted. Unless there is a mistake on our part.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team by email at orders@lsimone.com.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped . We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right.
